This controller part has 16 built-in DC inputs, allowing for expansion of up to 512 points for superior performance. You can add more inner boards to its electronic components when you are ready to expand your automated equipment. Its power supply delivers a steady stream of electricity and has built-in short circuit protection. This keeps your sensitive automation accessories and electronics performing even when there are fluctuations in electricity.The AS-interface masters support remote I/O for the automation of the electronics. This allows you to set up programmable controllers for overnight use in industrial production processes. These electronic modules are hazard rated. They deliver 2A/P and 8A/U for safety. Because these units have twin power supplies, you can use them with nearly any type of electrical connection. Their output capacity is 30 watts. They can be used at 24 volts DC, 120 volts AC, or 240/250 volts AC for high-intensity processing.These motion control accessories accept discrete, analog, and dedicated special function types. This provides you with the flexibility to attach any type of unit that you need to automate in your facility. The Omron cqm1-oc222 PLC output part consists of multiple modules connected within the housing. These units include the power supply, which is seated on the unit's left side. This plugs into the controller link module. The 16 inner boards are seated to its right. Any I/O boards that you desire are seated on the right side of the inner boards. This configuration facilitates serial communications. The inner boards allow for customized configurations of the CPU. The serial communication between the boards also allows a protocol macro feature for communication with third-party serial devices. Optional memory cassettes help the user back up sensitive data, while also providing a real-time clock. The ControllerLink network transmits 8 kword data packets at up to 2 Mbps through the CompoBus/S and SYSMAC BUS. It also has up to 15 kwords of memory. This means that the relay of data is stable and fast. These Omron cqm1-oc222 PLC units come with 0.3 and 0.7 I/O connection cables. This simplifies connections and allows you to use the I/O modules, even if you are only using a couple of inner boards. The input current range of these power supplies is 0.4 mA to 0.8 mA.
