Seller claimed the damage was 'only to the chassis' despite photo proof otherwise and provided a, frankly, insulting refund offer, despite the amount of work necessary to repair and re-calibrate the unit (You can't trust calibration on lab equipment that has been physically damaged and then torn down to repair the damage).
