ordered item with normal delivery. told by seller as it had paste in it it wwould have to go first to uk warehouse and be sent on to my address and would take 3vweeks. I agreed to this. tracking showed item in uk on 4 april but still no delivery in 2½ weeks later so asked for refund which was given immediately. Still dont understand if item was in london on 4 april why it didnt get to me soon after.
