My order arrived 03/06/24 I contacted you on 03/06/24 to say that there was only ONE shock absorber in the package which was open when delivered. I contacted you again on 04/05/24 and 05/06/24. You have not replied to me. See the Royal Mail Tracking photo which does not show a pair of KYB Shock Absorbers and the package as it was delivered. I paid for 2 shock absorbers - I have received 1. Please send the missing item or refund me for the missing shock.
