The quality of the pulleys is terrible. They do not run straight so cable cannot track properly. They have been poorly made off centre. The seller communicated well and partial refunds were offered which was kind but did not help with me not having a product I required. I noticed a lot of the same product available from other sellers so I guess they will all be bad quality. The manufacturer should be ashamed of themselves.
