Also, part was supposed to originate from Los Angeles area but actually shipped from Georgia. Pump initially wouldn’t pump by hand but finally worked when run at engine speed.Follow-up from: g***_- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller was unhelpful and deceptive throughout the process while delivery was delayed for 2 weeks. Never explained why shipment originated from opposite side of country, and just kept saying FedEx doesn’t provide good tracking updates. Sellers flimsy box with insufficient packing material allowed the power steering pump to flop around, spill fluid, causing box to fail, and delaying delivery. Seller finally offered partial refund only after I left negative feedbk, but refused after removed.
