    I got the item later than suggested. Considering it was an international shipping, the packing had to be better. The parcel box was soft and in ad shape by the time i received it. Secondly, The purse was simple put in cloth bag without adding fillers in the purse and there was not enough bubble wrap in the box to be the outer box intact. This resulted in additional creases on the bag.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience, But your e-bay ship to address was domestic for a USA address. I was unaware of international shipping otherwise I would have packed the bag in an stronger package. I recommend in your future purchases the international shipping to be emphasized.
