I tried to resolve this by refunding purchase price. eBay customer support said buyer is responsible for return shipping as there are no returns in the listing. She threatened with thick negative feedback if I didn't pay for her shipping within a couple hours and the pants had not been received by me yet. She was mean and a bully.
