They finally replied saying, "Will ship first thing in the morning". That didn't happen. Asked for money back and they waited to the final day to authorize the refund. Overall, they were in possession of my money for three weeks. This delay forced me to buy a new dishwasher instead of fixing the old one, which was perfect except for the control panel. So their failure cost me about $500.
