    Calling me a liar is totally uncalled for. I don't understand your aggressive behavior. I We are a small business and sometimes mistakes are made which we try to rectify as satisfactorily as possible. With our apologies we sent you a full refund and when you said you didn't want the hassle of returning the incorrect item we told you to keep it (that's money we have lost but that's also the price of doing business). I honestly don't know what more we could have done. I am NOT a liar.
