Ce document s'int resse l'identification et la commande adaptative de syst mes non lin aires, par r seaux de neurones. L'approche de commande adopt e est la technique de lin arisation par retour (feedback linearization). Dans une premi re partie de ce document, un algorithme d'approximation stochastique pour l'ajustement des param tres du r seau a t utilis . Les r sultats de simulation prouvent que l'approche consid r e constitue une m thode int ressante pour viter le calcul des d riv es de la fonction co t. De plus, cette approche peut rem dier d'autres inconv nients du gradient, savoir sa lenteur autour du minimum. La seconde partie du livre introduit une nouvelle architecture de r seaux de neurones, savoir les r seaux de neurones structure variable (RNSV). Dans cette architecture le nombre de FBRs dans le r seau peut augmenter ou diminuer au cours du temps selon une strat gie de conception afin d' viter les probl mes de sur ou sous-dimensionnement du r seau. Une commande adaptative indirecte permettant l'annulation asymptotique et exacte des non-lin arit s a fait l'objet de la troisi me partie.
