It has been 15 days and I still have not received this item. At first, the seller was very responsive and let me know that the item was lost and said he/she would sent out a new one and for me to “close out the case”. That was a week ago. I have reached out to the seller 4 times asking for tracking information but get NO RESPONSE! I need this item and will need to get it elsewhere now.
