    The Seller was a poor communicator and was not clear on withdrawing me from purchasing the item. The Seller contacted me after I asked when he would mail out the product and they did communicate back but about how it looked. I told them I was good the way it looked and wanted it. Within an hour, the Seller cancelled and refunded the money but I did not wanted to do so. After finding out about the refund via email it was stated that couldn’t be sent by mail to me. Nonsense! SHAME!
