    I received the skirt today and it appears to be authentic after inspecting it though without the garmet tag it's hard to be 100%. The material is strong and feels stiff, but, many blue label skirts were cotton Twill or treated with a wax to make them waterproof . The piping has some flaws where the color is missing and it clearly is missing a belt from the two side loops not disclosed, but, I'm accepting it as is. Full disclosure is important on listings. Please do so moving forward. Thank you!
