My opinion is based on the fact: "matrix" parts are unevenly white and black, not even based on how turquoise forms on the base rock, and the blue color is faded in some parts, like the dye did not work there,... However, the color of the dye is a nice light blue as pictured, and some of her other listings say they are howlite, so she is a well-meaning seller. Thank you.
