As a professional painter the roller frame is average at best. The thread inside the handle is not very good, it allows the role pole to work its way free, [no matter how tight you screw it in].. The roller frame itself is not very strong and bends way too easily for my liking. As a professional painter you need to be able to apply very firm pressure. If used without a roller pole it would be good. Perhaps for the average DIY person it may be ok? The slip on slip off feature works quite well.
