    1. Never received my item 2. They said it was sent to the wrong person and said they sent it again via courier. Said they’d get back to me with tracking but never did 3. Refund was triggered, they said they don’t know why Too many failures, even if attempts to resolve were genuine the whole experience came across as very unorganised and unprofessional. Complete waste of time.

    We’re very sorry this transaction didn’t go as smoothly as intended. The order was mistakenly delivered incorrectly and we arranged a replacement to be sent via courier. A system-triggered refund was then issued unexpectedly, which was outside our control. While we regret the inconvenience caused, we did everything possible to resolve the situation honestly and promptly. We take pride in providing reliable service and are disappointed this rare issue created a negative experience.
