    Item listed as excellent and like new arrived with undisclosed damage. Seller contradicted themselves in our messages: "like new to me" but “used, so not brand new." Like new implies no flaws. I requested a partial refund for mending, preferring to keep it and avoid unnecessary returns. Seller was rude, only offering a full return, claiming it's a favor despite their inaccurate listing. No accountability. Poor communication. Not as described. Very negative experience.

    The buyer said this beautiful nightgown needed a couple stitches at the slit which was so small (on inside) I didn't notice it. However the buyer asked for a partial refund and wanted to keep the nightgown, NOT return it. Buyer was fully refunded, kept the nightgown free of charge. Buyer has judged me harshly and very unkindly, not understanding at all even though everything was in her favor. I am an ebay seller for over 20 yrs. always trying to do my best. fancychoices
