    Sadly, the product I ordered didn't work. There was no damage to the packaging, so it seems likely that this product didn't work when it was sold. I wish the seller would accept returns, because it's not fun to receive a defective product.

    I would have definitely worked with you to fix the issue but you never reached out to let me know there was a problem with the item. As soon as I read this review I reached out attempting to help but never got a response. The item worked when I shipped it and was brand new/never opened from the package. Maybe the issue was as simple as needing new batteries. Hopefully you figured that out since you never pursued a refund through eBay's Money Back Guarantee which would have notified me.
