The boots were shipped in an UGG box that was just taped up all around with a shipping label on it. Upon opening, one boot had the paper in the toe and one didn't, along with some crumbled packaging there was a very long dark hair. The soles of the shows looked unwalked and there were no apparent scuffs, however, these particular boots were not brand new.
