1stly, I have a 99.8% + feedback rating. 2ndly, info on the U.S.P.S. tracking page proves the mail arrived in The US on 5/9, 1 wk. after it was mailed. While the tracking info has not changed since 5/16, that is beyond my control. 3rdly, saito5487 has his $ back, and will likely get that item, too(for $0). 4thly, eBay hasn't protected me, though they have in the past when US Customs inexplicably kept a customer's purchase for 2 wks. or so. I indeed have met my responsibilities as a seller.
