A very helpful and concientous seller, when he had to tell me that he was unable to find what I'd ordered he was very apologetic and I was given a full refund immediately and offered a50% discount on anything else that I fancied. I don't know many who would do that. The 2 items that I chose were indeed 50% off each, and dispatched immediately and I got them the next day, very protectively packaged.
