I had an electrician look at product and determined the battery that came with the "brand new" product did not work. The cost to me was $130. Now seller says he will only pay for the battery @ $55. Seller also overcharged me for shipping. When I sent my offer it said I will handle shipping. Seller agreed to my offer. Then seller refused to let me handle costing me double+

    Seller was rude from the beginning didn’t help me when box said it had restrictions and needed their fed ex number. Said give me a sec at 10 am then replied when fed ex closed at 6pm. seller doesn’t know how to pack as well just threw styrofoam broken up and packing paper. Tv came damaged on right corner stressed and warped plastic slight cracks. Seller kept saying condescending things didn’t even offer to compensate for damage. Package couldn’t be delivered for three days cause of restrictions.
