I purchased this unit it worked at first the next couple of days I got in my truck and the screen fell completely out they gave me half my money back and now won't respond to my messages now that the screen fell completely out it doesn't work at all id like a full refund or or at least a replacement radio it doesn't even have to be the hole setup I can change just the radio

Nice radio but my truck sat in the driveway for a hour or two and I came out and the screen came off and the wire came apart and it is no way to fix it I would love to replace the unit if possible or a refund is
