They arrived this morning in perfect shape. I've installed them on a friend's Behringer X1832USB mixer that I'm repairing.for him. A friend of his that used it damaged it & broke the shafts off of channels 1&2 & bent channel 3 of the Pan pots. These new pots were a perfect drop-in replacement!
