I asked this bad seller TWICE not to ship these black leather, Chippewa, #27908 engineer boots with the tall, 17” shafts folded over. Halfwit said they wouldn’t fold over the shafts — that they would at most be slightly bent, but I was assured they would not be folded. Boots come over a week after I paid: they’re folded over completely at the ankles, with the shafts folded hard under the boots themselves. This breaks down the fibers in the leather and the boots’ll never stand up again. Stoopid!!

I sent the boots exactly the way that I told him I would. I guess they arrived perfectly fine and wearable since instead of requesting a refund or return, he left this name-calling, childish feedback and has sent a message calling me further names. Perhaps he's mad that I didn't accept his pre-purchase request to accept his offer (despite me not having "offers accepted" enabled).
