Sorry, I'm not packaging up a halter and dealing with printing out shipping labels, finding a box and making a trip to the post office because you screwed up. Very poor customer service and lack of basic business sense. I have done RMA returns before and this is unacceptable. I will never buy from New England Tack again and recommend you do the same. Halter was poor quality, as well.

Contacted the seller and they blamed the postal service (package arrived unopened and undamaged). Seller refused to provide the screws when I requested them because it would cost them $5. I had to search online and find the screws. The smallest quantity available was 30, so now I have 28 extra screws for nothing. Poor customer service, and borderline dishonest.
