      My Urologist recommended a pump following a Prostatectomy. Works well, easy control. Searched the internet to find recommendation on ranges for maintaining blood flow and regaining length. Not many guideline with the unit besides start small and work your way to higher settings. What I found was for between 25-30 Kpa (200-300 mm of Hg) Top is glued to cylinder. It would be good if they could be separated for cleaning. I have to use a lube so my d*ck doesn't get stuck on the side of the cylinder.
