I immediately canceled because I had just bought one. I live up in the mountains in Idaho where our Internet is not the greatest I thought that the first pair I bought didn't go through because of a glitchy connection so I bought that pair but then checked and it showed the other pair went through so I cancelled this pair same day actually within 2 minutes and I'm serious not an exaggeration on the time and they rejected me. They don't care about buyer happiness just their money.
