    The Platter arrived broken due to lack of secure shipping safety. Seller did refund the money paid. Paying almost as much in shipping, seller could have secure the product a d placed GLASS and FRAGILE indicators on the box.

    We're so sorry about the breakage on this one - a real favorite of mine. We always double-box fragile things like this with very rarely an issue, and seems like the air pockets did deflate in transit. Of course we re-funded you IMMEDIATELY upon finding this out. Regretfully did not put on our usual fragile stickers, but based on photos, it seems like the box got a little beat up along the way.
