    The listing stated it was a Genuine Huawei service pack. Unfortunately that was not true, it turned out to be just another generic copy. The touchscreen did not work and volume buttons stuck. I returned for refund and had to wait to the very end of the process to get a refund. I since ordered a Genuine service pack from elsewhere which was much superior quality with no faults. Note attached photos of the so called service pack (large H but no Huawei branding) second photo is real service pack.
