I initially received the wrong item. When I notified the seller, they were very apologetic and communicative about fixing the problem. Since then, the situation has not been as positive. When I followed up, I received a cut and paste response.
I received the item and wanted to try to return it or make an exchange. I have not heard back from the seller. I understand that there is a time difference, but I’m disappointed by the customer service I received as I have bought from this seller before.
