    I do apologise you never received your item but you did message me about this couple weeks ago and I made a full refund so I core understand why this negative should be under neutral 😐 as a seller I couldn't help if the carrier lost items and I did ask if you wanted replacement but you decided to have a refund and now it's weird as the tracking show as delivered.i will be making a full investigation to eBay about the matter.
