Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt der Arbeit liegt auf der Bestimmung der Sorgfaltspflichten des Kunstexperten und des Werkverzeichners bei der Begutachtung von Kunstwerken, wobei das komplexe Verhaltnis der unterschiedlichen Erkenntnisquellen und Untersuchungsmethoden zueinander analysiert und die Frage der Haftung fur verschiedene Fallkonstellationen praxisnah betrachtet wird.
