Placed an order for two separate items from this seller; after a week of no movement, I reached out to ask about an e.t.a. He responded something about a technical error with the printer, but assured me they would go out the next day. After another week or so, one item arrived but not the other. When I contacted seller to inquire about the status of the other item, they admitted they "messed up" and would send it out --haven't heard back since...now I have to chase my money down. Bad seller: F-

Yes that was a pretty bad luck order, but I did sent the stickers, yes unfortunately not in the time frame you wished for.
The part I said I messed up was about sending just one enveloppe for your whole order, I had not realised you were the same purchaser, I ended up sending twice your order that same day. On top of that I refunded you, so free stickers.

The missing items arrived the next day along with an apology and refund for the late delivery; what can I tell you? Everyone's entitled to slip up every once in a while--so long as it's the exception rather than the rule; clearly that's the case here. Admittedly, I jumped the gun on the negative feedback...
Tell ya what, Rax--send me a feedback revision request and I'll be glad to retell my experience in a less harsh tone...and no hard feelings on the "must be a Canadian thing" jibe. LOL 😆
