1. Derecho de desistimiento

Cualquier cliente tiene derecho a desistir del presente contrato en un plazo de 30 días sin necesidad de justificación.

El plazo de desistimiento expirará a los 30 días del día que el cliente o un tercero indicado por el cliente, distinto del transportista, adquiera la posesión material de los bienes.

Para ejercer tal derecho, el cliente deberá correr con los costes del envío de la mercancía debiendo devolver además del propio producto, su embalaje original junto con todos los accesorios y documentación. Para cumplir el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que la comunicación relativa al ejercicio por su parte del derecho de desistimiento sea enviada antes de que venza el plazo de desistimiento y utilizar el formulario que se encuentra en el siguiente enlace y enviarlo por correo electrónico a infopiezas@desguacemalvarrosa.com

2. Reembolso de los importes pagados

El reembolso, en los casos que proceda, se efectuará a través del medio de pago que se utilizó para la compra.

El precio a devolver es el que originalmente figuraba en el pedido. Una vez verificado el correcto estado del producto devuelto, DESGUACE MALVARROSA procederá al reembolso del importe en el plazo máximo de 30 días desde la fecha del desistimiento o la resolución del contrato.
