I gave great feedback on 1 of 2 purchases from this seller. Other than sending me the wrong size diamond (smaller of course) and charging me an extra $30 to fast ship fast (I offered but for BOTH pieces to ship together) the 1st Ring was on time and tested as Diamond. The 2nd ring did not arrive. Communication with the seller was Close to impossible. I ordered March 23. In May I had eBay step in because By Design Jewellers continued to lie to me. eBay gave me a Full Refund.
