Esta muy claro que Ebey no tiene un control sobre el servicio que efectúa el transporte de los envió, en lo personal la experiencia con FEdex es muy mala, a ellos le retuvieron el paquete en la Aduana Argentina y nunca supieron indicar en forma concreta los motivos claros de la retención, tengo las comunicaciones donde inventó varias alternativas pero ninguna clara. al final el que pierde es el cliente. espero que mejoren y actuen a fobor del cliente en estos casos
