Seller never provided any shipping update after a few days.  I contacted seller and waited for a response, but they still did not reply for another week. An item still had not been shipped. I contacted the seller again, saying if they can ship it within the next two days and provide tracking that I would keep the order otherwise cancel it. Sellers still did not reply. I ultimately had to contact Customer Service to intervene on this so that I could get a refund finally after almost one month.

Sorry that you had difficulty....however, you purchased on Friday April 29th. You requested to cancel on Monday April 22. And then decided that you wanted the Item on Thursday April 25th after it was cancelled.

Exactly as ordered...Package left the shipper and was delivered to my home state....sent back to the shippers state, and finally delivered to my state. None of this is the fault of the shipper. UPS is not giving the best service these days. My suggestion is to give FedEx a try.
