I could not tell from the picture the size of the snap-on rings (I needed the adult size), but the adult size spare parts were removed form the package and only the pediatric pieces were sent! If I had known this I never would have purchased it! I spent money on a stethoscope spare parts kit that did not include the spare parts, so I would love a refund.
