The seller acted like it was impossible that it could have been broken in the mail and then insinuated that I broke it myself. The seller was rude and arrogant, I would not buy from them again. I took the loss, replaced the broken item, but I was given negative feedback because the buyer didn't approve of the confidence and success I have had with shipping these items?
