    Did not work for me. I think I just bought the wrong one for my situation. It kept falling down over knee and I just could not pull it any tighter. It is hard right at leg and buttocks joint which is where I have sciatica problems. This is not a fault with the brace, it just was too long for me. I could see how it could work for others. Only issue other than that was picture instructions were too 'DARK' and everything in pictures was the reverse of how you put it on.
