    Major issue, this "converter" is only a passive device and does NOT convert the PS2 mouse signals, only connects the wires to a USB port. contacted the seller and did not receive a reply. The seller should properly describe it as an adapter, NOT a converter. It appears that the issue has been known for over 12 years. To properly "CONVERT" the PS2 mouse to the USB port, an active device is needed and this is NOT. received full refund. BUY only if you are replacing a previous adapter.
