He sent the second program but it didn’t work on my newer laptop. Seller claimed that the app didn’t require complex installation but I gave up when the instructions said I needed to enter cryptic characters on the command line. Why not Dropbox? Very easy! Finally sent a CD at extra expense. It had the pdf I needed. Quite annoying.
