Seller told me they were new when I asked them about it upon receipt but it would have been much better for the seller to leave the factory seals alone. All I have is the seller's word that this item is new.Reply from: techdude10- Feedback replied by seller techdude10.- Feedback replied by seller techdude10.Remember I explained the nature of these BBU's is that they were sourced from a large center, and these BBU's sat in boxes for a while. Its not good to sell BBU's without first checking and charging/recharging them or you could get several dead batteries. They are indeed 100% new, but I break the seal and test each battery to ensure they are at 100% capacity. I am sad that you are upset about a literal yellow caution sticker, which is less important than you receiving a brand new BBU at 100%...

I can’t get it to work in my system which isn’t the sellers fault, but I also can’t verify the validity of the flash because of this. It will probably work in a Dell R720/R720xd but it definitely does not work in a VRTX. Again, not the sellers fault, Techdude is a good seller.
