Terms of Business (Please read carefully before purchase)
By purchasing or ordering from us, the buyer agrees to our Terms and Conditions set out below.
You should ask questions about the item and check postage costs before committing to a purchase.
If you are not happy with the postage associated fee then you are more than welcome to come and collect parts from our facility or, alternatively, arrange your own courier, but please contact us first to arrange this.
If you are not sure our part is correct for your vehicle please contact your local dealer parts department quoting your registration and our part number, they will advise accordingly.
We cannot be held responsible for items ordered incorrectly, you may be charged a restocking fee and will be charged for outbound shipping, please review our returns policy.
We endeavour to answer all of your messages within 12 hours (we normally answer within 6-8 hours) however, if your message has not been answered then please do not hesitate to contact us again.
You are always welcome to contact us by telephone for a quicker response.
OFFICE & TELEPHONE HOURS (GMT)
Our office is open and our telephone calls are answered between the hours of 8am– 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 2pm (GMT) on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Our eBay shop is available 24/7.
All our items are listed as “Buy It Now” only and our payment method is via eBay checkout only.
All items are in stock and orders will be dispatched on the same business working day if your payment is received before 12.00 hours (GMT), Payments after 12.00 hours (GMT) will be dispatched the following business day.
This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
You will receive your tracking number via email/messaging when we dispatch your order.
Most items include FREE standard 48 hour shipping with the option of a 24 hour “guaranteed next working day delivery” service at extra cost, these costs only cover shipping to the UK Mainland only and excludes the areas and postcodes below (Please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering).
Exclusions: Ireland (Northern & Republic), English Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles and Post Codes BT, HS, IV, IM, KA27–28, KW, PA20-49, PA60–78, PO30–41, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, ZE
Panels and glass (doors, wings and windows) – these will require special packing and transportation and consequently cost more to ship and insure.
If you require a different postal option, additional insurance or want to arrange your own courier then please contact us prior to purchase.
Collection in person is welcome please contact us to arrange, we are based near Heathrow airport.
All parts must be checked for any damage in transit upon arrival, BEFORE you sign for them.
We can NOT refund or exchange any parts damaged in transit if signed for in good order.
Standard insurance national/international (up to £50) is included in the postage and packaging fee. If you require an additional insurance of a higher value then please contact us for a quote.
If an item is sent and the customer is not able to receive it, this will result in the item being returned to us.
Should a subsequent re delivery need to be arranged then the customer will be responsible for the payment of the delivery charge before the goods are released for shipping.
All shipping costs are non-refundable, unless authorised.
We are unable to guarantee delivery times.
We only use high quality couriers that have proven themselves over time, we are unable to guarantee delivery times, deliveries are between the hours of 7am and 10pm
We only use high quality freight and courier services with guaranteed delivery to 225 countries worldwide.
Shipping times are country dependant and cannot be guaranteed, however our courier has a proven track record for fast and efficient delivery
You the customer are responsible for all customs import duties and VAT that may be applicable in your country.
Certain items are restricted for sale in certain countries (particularly the EU) due to certain issues surrounding rules of origin, excessive customs duty and import VAT.
Buyers from Israel and certain other countries will need to supply their "Tax ID Number" by contacting us after placing an order. We require this number to include with the shipping documentation; otherwise "customs" will block entry of the package. Please check with your customs prior to purchase.
