    I received this item and it would not charge, contact seller who after several unresponsive attempts inform me that he doesn't accept returns. He was not willing to resolve this matter as a result, I wasted my money on a fault merchandise that the seller did not honor. Now, I'm stuck with an item that doesn't work and will never do business with this seller again. "Buyers be aware" of sellers that lacks good customer service and business ethics!

It is defenitiely not your fault that the speaker failed to turn on and play music. I have processed the return and your money should be back to you as soon as possible.
