    The item is inoperable. I have a collection of these. I contacted the seller who stated that the listing expressly said it would need French cigarettes which the seller represents are shorter than others. The listing certainly DID NOT state any such limitation or requirement of specially sized cigarettes nor did it mention any measurement of cigarettes to insure operability. The seller’s response was curt and fraudulent and there was no o offer of any type of resolution to the issue.

    When you buy an antique FRENCH cigarette dispeneser from the 1930's modern American cigarettes wont work.We did nothing wrong.and the buyer could have returned the item if he was unhappy. Whose fault was that, not OURS. BUYER ASKED NO QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING.....NONE
