    What would’ve been a perfect book delivery for a shiny new book was ruined by poor packaging or no label to handle with care. The book was mailed in a thin bubble mailer where it fit snugly. Poor preparation for a drop or throw at the hands of careless couriers. The book arrived with a smashed corner. Pretty bummed out about this.
