    Item was brand new and could not be tested as that would have no longer made it in New condition. It has a three year warranty and I have reached out to the buyer numerous times and provided a link for a brand new charger from the manufacturer. No response at all. I am not sure if the customer was mistaken and the item works or if they got a new part. Did not contact me for a refund either. I tried reaching out several times with multiple options no response.
